We’re very happy living here at Vargos on the Lake, we were welcomed by a very lovely Austin and Suzette. Austin and Suzette is amazing they went above and beyond to help facilitate a smooth leasing experience and they really make us feel at home, and the property is beautiful and well maintained. They have beautiful hallway and great amenities; maintenance takes care of things quickly specially Juan did a great job making sure all the work is done correctly. I love the location walking distance to plenty of places. The floor plans are open and spacious. We rented a two-bedroom apartment. You will defiantly enjoy living here. Thank you so very much again to Austin and Suzette! :)

I absolutely love it here! Just moved in and I must say that the leasing team is wonderful! Austin is the best! Such a kind helpful guy and he makes sure that everything is perfect and on time for your move. Beautiful amenities & friendly people!

Me and my boyfriend just moved into Vargos and we absolutely love it here!!! I think the location is really grand. Perfect for in between katy and the city. The staff here is also really nice and helpful. The amenities are amazing as well at the apartment itself. Definitely would recommend this complex :)
